I tried the above email address but it was rejected.Dolor said:You don't, OFGEM will not accept complaints from the publicYou are right - Ofgem does not deal with individual complaints; however, it will accept ‘evidence’ of any breaches of its guidance and Regulations. The ‘evidence’ is passed on to its Compliance Unit.

i'm curious. what rates did you use to work it out from april?dejjones said:When I calculated mine using this info it came to virtually the same as my corrected figure (£174).
So there is no doubt in my mind that they deliberately over estimated my DD by £154 more than their own published calculation method.
we always review our dd and use in jan but are not sure if we should use the jan cap or the forcasts to give us the most accurate number for our dd or wait until the april cap is announced (in mid feb).
until then i can't see how anyone can accurately forecast there dd for the next 12 months.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0 -
I'm not claiming any special powers, I took my average usage per year (over 2 years I think) multiplied by the current rates, and divided by 12, and that turns out to be what Octopus does. Hence my surprise when they initially wanted to increase my DD to nearly twice that.ariarnia said:i'm curious. what rates did you use to work it out from april?0
