Should I pay my parking charge?

Hi, I recently have gotten a parking charge through the door for parking in a car park for a food restaurant (where I was eating), surely this is ridiculous considering you are eating in the restaurant and surely there isn’t a time limit for how long it should take you to eat your food? What if you have to wait in a long queue? Any advice would be appreciated?

If this is a normal charge for the use of a car park where everyone pays X per hour, then yes you should pay to park.

If this is an abnormal charge say £100 because you didnt enter the reg in a hidden tablet / machine that may or may not have been working or for some other odd ball reason then NO you should not pay this

A few things first, name of parking company, name and location of restaurant- some places seem to pop up on here frequently

At this stage do not attempt to id the driver, the car drove into the car park, the car was parked.

do not use terms such as My mum/wife/sister/brother/he/she/i etc
