How long can I make £187.15 last?

Hi all, forgot to tell you what we ate, in case anyone cares.

23rd i made meatballs, with HG pork, served with sauce made from passata and veg, and spaghetti. Trifle for desert made with the help of the grandchildren.

24th, YS pizzas, boiled baby potatoes, Lidl, and salad. Easy tea, thought it might be busy the next day!

25th. Turkey crown, YS last Christmas, pigs in blankets, some HM some YS. Pork stuffing, made double last Christmas and froze one. Cheap shallots, carrots, red cabbage, parsnips and sprouts. desert YS Christmas pudding.

26th. HM lasagne and salad.

Today will be toad in the hole, made with left over pigs in blankets, potatoes and left over carrots, red cabbage and sprouts.

Thanks for the comments on how well I've done. Couldn't do it without growing at least some food and having the time to cook from scratch. Also thanks for the suggestions on corn flour. Won't need any for a while now, I bought a 3.5kg bag.

Had to go into town, needed dog food, which comes from a separate budget. I bought two bottles of milk, three loaves of reduced bread, a reduced fruit loaf and a pack of reduced hot cross buns. OH took back a pack of larger, he'd bought two for Christmas, doesn't like the taste nor does DS. He took one pack back and got a refund. So spent £6.80 and got back £11.99. Total -£5.19. 

No more spending now until next year. Total spend for the year ends at  £3013.57. More than i had budgeted and hoped for, but i'm happy enough with it. See how next year pans out now.

Tea was chicken thighs, cooked in turkeys stock, with mushrooms, onions and cream. Served with mash, peas and broccoli.

Hi, @Floss. I may do next year, see how busy i am. Normally not too much to do this time of year. However planting, what seems like, a million seeds; and lambing are both looming large on the horizon. Glad you've been enjoying it, hugs, mumtoomany.xxx
