Curious tracking entry on Evri shipment!

Not a problem, just curious why Evri would make strange tracking entry on a parcel I have returned.
To explain I returned a parcel by Evri to a clothes store on Monday.
On the tracking - Collected from Parcel Shop
Inbound Parent Child at Depot
On its way back to retailer.
What on earth could "inbound parent child at depot" mean???

It's gone to the wrong depot for delivery.
It will (should) go back to the hub then onto the correct delivery depot.

Evri is such a bad courier. I dread getting an email from Evri stating they have a parcel on its way to me!0
