Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I received a Parking Charge Notice for Not Parking Wholly Within Bay.
I scanned the various threads and hoping that someone can provide some advice that would avoid me paying £100 to this company. Really annoying as i had paid for parking.
Sent the template message on Newbies thread to the company who rejected my appeal and sent me received the following response.
I would appreciate any advice on this. The photo evidence can be found below. Many thanks :-)

Thank you for your email.
I have read and investigated your particular appeal, unfortunately your claim has been unsuccessful for the following reasons:
You were issued with a parking charge notice for not parking wholly WITHIN a bay.
This is private land and the terms and conditions state that parking is permitted for vehicles parked fully within a marked bay.
Your vehicle was not parked fully within a marked bay. If you were unable to park within a marked bay it is your responsibility to find an alternative bay or alternative car parking.
Please see photographic evidence on the website www.payppe.co.uk (this is not a link)
Whilst we appreciate the points raised within your appeal, you did not comply with the terms and conditions stated on signage within the area and your vehicle was not parked fully within a marked bay, signage within the area holds a 24 hour helpline which you could have accessed had you any concerns regarding parking on the day in question.
If you believe this decision is incorrect you are entitled to appeal to The Independent Appeals Service (IAS). In order to appeal, you will need your parking charge reference number, your vehicle registration and the date the charge was originally issued. Appeals must be submitted to the IAS within 21 days of the date of this email. Your details we be uploaded within 24 hours. Please visit www.theias.org for full details.
Please note that should you wish to appeal to The IAS the initial charge is £100.00
To avoid further action you will need to make a payment of £100.00
This is the full rate as you failed to appeal within the 14 day discounted period, this needs to be paid within 14 days of the above date.
Payment can be made on our 24 hour telephone payment line 0844 304 0103.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR APPEAL HAS BEEN REJECTED, WE HAVE GIVEN OPTIONS THEREFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO ENTER INTO ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE ON THIS MATTER.

It's just a rubbish ex-clamper IPC firm. You'll know from the NEWBIES thread, why not to try IAS.
Same advice as the other PPE thread today.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
