Not entitled to Energy Bills Discount Support?

I reside in a park home on a privately owned site. There are around 50 homes on this site. The electricity is supplied by the landlord, with each home having its own meter and paying monthly by direct debit to the landlord for individual usage, however, the overall energy account is held in the name of the landlord. The contract appears to be a commercial contact. There is a fixed rate in place until January 2023, however, thereafter the rate is going up to 81p per unit. The energy bill support scheme seems to relate to domestic supply only, and so I am worried that this will not apply to me or my neighbours, despite us clearly being individual domestic households. This surely cannot be right or fair? The scheme makes specific mention of park homes, but again within the context of there being a domestic contract. I fear that we shall fall victim to this oversight/loophole and be left unable to claim the discount. I wonder if anyone has any advice on this point? I am unsure where to start in looking to address this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are not direct customers of an energy supplier but instead reimbursing the park owner. The park owner is clearly a commercial operation and as such their supplies are commercial in nature and not subject to the same caps or discounts as a domestic supply.
They can however not make a profit from reselling it to you and so the recharge should be only your reasonable share of their bill.

There was talk of some sort of scheme to help customers in your position ,but I fear after Monday's statement by this week's Chancellor of the Exchequer , that it is well down the list of priorities.1
