Coventry Bond savings account

Towards the end of last week I applied for one of the Coventry fixed bond savings account. The application went through but as I wanted it as a joint account they told us they are sending out the application paperwork to us which once we receive, we sign and then could email them the signed page back referencing the account number. We have not yet received the paperwork.   

I noticed today the account no longer is available on the Coventry site. I will be speaking with them tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone knew what situation we are in now, do we have it or not? We have been so unlucky with finances lately to loose this would be another kick in the teeth. :-(
