EE contract cancellation

Hi, there. I took out an 18 month contract with EE back in about 15th February 2020 for mobile broadband. So near the end of the contract I wanted to make sure it wasn't extended. However, because it was a mobile broadband contract it was not an easy task to contact EE to cancel because I was not aware of any actual phone…

Oh, and one other thing. I did finally receive a letter from the debt collectors that they promised to provide that would supposedly show proof of why I owed this money. However, they managed to provide details of someone else's account, including name, address, mobile number and account number and account balance. It was from way back in 2020, but still not very professional.
