Interactivebrokers - do they charge any "inactivity" fees (e.g. minimum commission)?

Hi all,
I want to open an interactive brokers account to earn interest on some US$ I have (2.5% interest, v 0% for HSBC where it currently is) and possibly buy some US Treasuries ("buy and hold" strategy).
However, I'm unclear if they charge a platform monthly fee, or not.
One one page, it says there is a monthly minimum commission of $10 (here: https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/index.php?f=1597&p=act) and on another page, it says "account minimums: $0" (here: https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/index.php?f=38234)
This is confusing to me. Can someone confirm for the UK site = do they charge a monthly fee / minimum commission? Or can I chuck some money in for a while, and leave it without fear of brokerage nibbling when I return?
Thanks!

Interactive Brokers did charge a $10 monthly fee if your portfolio was under $100k. This fee was scrapped in July 2021 and there is now no monthly fee regardless of the balance in your account.2

Thanks Spike! And there's no separate "minimum commission fee" (as stated here: https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/index.php?f=1597&p=act))?0

I pay around £1 per £1000 when making a trade. In the months where no trades are done, there is no commission charged.0
