CCJ Issued for Parking Charge Notices

I appreciate the reply, but this doesn't really answer my query.I understand I am applying to set aside the default CCJ on the basis I was not in the country when it was served. This doesn't resolve the issue with the actual PCN which is nearly £550 outstanding. How do I resolve this issue with the courts? The PCNs were issued to the correct address, I just was not able to pay them as I was out the country. i would be happy to settle this by paying the original £100 fines = £200 but how do I sort this out?0

Oh, sorry, I was assuming you have already read the CCJ set aside section of the NEWBIES thread. Pretty sure it explains.
That's the resource to refer to, then read a couple of CCJ set aside threads from 2022 such as the ones by @msx999 and @BrokenchiefPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When the judgment is set aside, the judge may (if you are lucky) strike out the whole claim but otherwise you should get a chance to defend the underlying claim at a later date.fr33zy said:I understand I am applying to set aside the default CCJ on the basis I was not in the country when it was served. I'm not sure on what basis I can defend the underlying claim. It was for 2no. PCN's apparantly issued in 2019. I received nothing from the PPS until i was contacted by their solicitors. I have not seen the original PCN's and I cannot view these on their website. Also how do I send the N244 form and the £275 fee. I can find no information if I can submit this electronically or how I make the payment to the courts.0 -
I have read that other posters sent their form to their local court and then phone and pay over the phone. I have also read that some posters sent the form to CCBC. Have you read any threads by any other people applying for set-asides? For example, as posted by @Coupon-mad on this very thread: -

You will of course be sending a SAR to the PPC. You'd then have the PCNs.But when you do your SAR (see NEWBIES thread for how) DO NOT WAIT for the reply!
You do not need the PCNs to be able to put in a N244.
Get that N244 application in. Get it emailed to the CCBC this week without fail...people risk being stuck with a CCJ if they delay and drag it out further. Crack on by copying from the N244 bundle by @msx999 which I think was one WITHOUT the 4 months dead argument.
If yours was served to the right address?
So was the one by @SoJacob. She also had a case where the right address was used for the claim but she was abroad. Also how do I send the N244 form and the £275 fee. I can find no information if I can submit this electronically or how I make the payment to the courts. Is that info not in the CCJ set aside section of the NEWBIES thread?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
