It doesn't have to be emailed tomorrow, as KeithP explained:With a Claim Issue Date of 20th September, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 24th October 2022 to file your Defence.
Have you seen the NTK and know it is worded to be a non-POFA notice?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I haven't seen an NTK but when searching here for defence examples (unremarkable day) I found a thread where you asked the same question to someone and suggested to leave the pofa info in as it's up to them to prove they are compliant. Should I change that part?

No that is fine! A good plan.

That's correct. SAR request to LPS sent on the 28th Sep. They replied on 12th Oct asking for registration number. That was sent back to them on 13th October. No reply since.Coupon-mad said:No that is fine! A good plan.

ThanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Looks like we'll send this in Monday morning then. Thank you, folks.
We'll wait to see what their SAR brings back as that will be useful for the WS0
