Charter log in problem

My mother had a 2 year bond mature on the 16th Oct and had selected the money be transferred to her nominated account on maturity. It can take up to two days for the transfer so should be today, but the problem is she can no longer log in to her charter account to view anything relevant. No question of the log in details being incorrect.
We tried resetting password even though we know we had the right one, but their system is saying they cannot identify the details.
I'm concerned. Do they automatically delete online accounts when the bond matures?

I can log in to my Charter account just fine but they seem to have withdrawn all their products except 1 ISA.0

Probably worth phoning them to ask them directly: https://www.chartersavingsbank.co.uk/ContactUs0

I recently closed an account with another Savings Bank and it instructed me to download all my statements etc as i wouldn't be able to access the site once i had finished the transaction. Probably something similar.
