Log cabin plumbing

Hello everyone, I'm hoping for some opinions on this plumbing quote please. I have spoken to over a dozen plumbers at this point and this is the quote from the first company who have been able to give one, everyone else is too busy or came to have a look at the job then didn't get back to me. So I haven't been able to compare this with another quote and I don't know anything about plumbing!
The job is plumbing for a new log cabin, it is a fairly big job but the quote I have received is not broken down for each item/job, I have just received the total price and I am not sure whether it's fair or whether they have just picked the price they want to charge. (just to note that it will all be run on electricity as we are not on gas mains and we have access to 3 phase).
Grand total given is £10,000 excluding VAT.
Description as follows:
1 x 24kw electric boiler
1 x 250 ltr unvented megaflo
6 x standard white panel radiators
2 x chrome towel rail
5 x bundles copper pipe
Plastic waste pipe
Clips, screws, plugs
- first fix of the whole log cabin in copper pipe running everything surface but can also run in any floor or cavity
- run all pipes to all positions for radiators, one in each room, run all hot and cold pipework to the designated positions of the appliances in kitchen, bathroom and utilities
- run any waste outlets to 4inch stacks on outside of each bathroom left by groundworkers for us to connect on to
- install 24kw system boiler with 250ltr unvented hot water cylinder connected to keep up with any demand required, everything will be run off the mains
- 2nd fix all radiators, bathrooms, kitchen and utility.
So the price does not include the toilets, shower etc which I am estimating will cost another £1.5 - £2k.
Can anyone please let me know if this quote is fair as it is a lot of money, but at the same time I know it is a big job and was always going to be a significant cost. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello, not sure if it might already be too late, but we installed a gas boiler in a log cabin with skirting board radiators so as not to lose any wall space it works really well but a hassle when the gas bottle needs exchanging. I must admit now wish we would have gone electric boiler with electric oil filled radiators.
With adequate insulation the cabin is quite warm in the winter and not too hot in the summer.
Even with all the fitting of the skirting board radiators (in three rooms), towel rail, boiler, sinks (kitchen and bathroom), toilets, shower etc the whole project cost supply and install was a little over £6k0
