@On-the-coast thank you...I think I am ready to take the plunge and that guide was helpful. I get that buying one ESIM and using it before I go is possibly not the cheapest, but for peace of mind I think it will work for me. It will be nice to know what I am paying up front . Even though I suspect there might be no signal anyway on some parts of the Galapagos and up the Amazon.Thank you so much for your help. I am getting a 30 day plan which means I can purchase it at the weekend and still be in date when I travel homeEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D1
