Which probably suggests it's a good quality extension.
If you can easily see where a property has been extended, it often suggests that the extension was done 'quickly and cheaply'.
Is the house in a row of similar detached houses? If so, the Estate Agent is probably highlighting that this house is extended, so you know it's bigger than the others in the row.
(For example, because you might have already viewed other houses in the row, or because you're wondering why this house costs a bit more than others in the row.)
