Cleaning grout out of scratch in tile

Afternoon All,
Got a cleaning question.... defo not my area of expertise.
Just finished tiling my kitchen in matt white metro tiles. Started to grout using a black grout. This has revealed some small, hairline scratches in the tiles where the grout has worked its way into the scratch. They are very noticeable on the white tiles, and unfortunately, I cannot live with them remaining like this. Very frustrating!!!
I've spoken to the retailer, and to be fair they have offered to replace the offending tiles free of charge, no questions asked. However, before I have to rake out the grout, crack the tile off the wall, and replace with a new tile and re-grout, is there a tried and tested way of removing the grout in the scratches? I have already tried a mild abrasive bathroom cleaner, to no avail.
Thoughts and advice please, would love to save myself a good few hours of rework
Many thanks

Maybe it will. I said 'unlikely'.Black grout = usual grout + black pigment. It will remove the grout. Not sure about the very fine pigment from the scratches. Before buying 1L it's worth trying some other household acid, e.g. vinegar or de-scaler.1
