Query with Postage on Ebay

I'm just about to send out my eBay parcel and wanted to use the ship your order service.  It is showing me that a medium parcel up to 20kg Royal Mail Special Delivery is £6.35.

Surely this cannot be correct?  On the Royal Mail website the same parcel quote is £14.45.

The parcel weighs just over 2.2kg.

If I went with Ebay label am I going to have issues at the post office ?

I am a bit confused as your cut and paste shows  special delivery guaranteed and a 2.2 kg parcel for that would be £14.45 . On ebay I am getting a 2.2 kg medium parcel for £5.95 and the correct £14.45 for special delivery. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class Medium Parcel Up to 20kg with maximum dimensions of 61 x 46 x 46cm That would give compensation up to £20 . Special delivery shows as £14.45. I note that the RM site is currently unavailable - so maybe there is an error somewhere that is being fixed. I certainly wouldn't print a label I knew to be wrong , far too expensive to sort out later.
