Sip parking tickets

I entered SiP parking in Manchester whoever I was struggling to park and pay via the machine it wouldn’t except my card for some reason I then decided to park somewhere else I then received a parking ticket through the post for £60 I appealed this as I was only in the car park for 20 min and never left the premises SiP parking issues me with a ticket for a 20 min window of me entering the premises should I pay ????

    It is usually 10 minutes before you have to have purchased a ticket but I know how time consuming it can be trying to get PDTs to accept a card (or sometimes even money) but 20 minutes is a bit of a stretch.  When you read the NEWBIE sticky, did you find the bit that said Plan A, complain to the landowner/retail unit?  Is it a car park attached to a shop or similar or just a stand-alone car park?  If your complaint falls on deaf ears, then Plan B is appeal to SiP, using the text written in blue in the NEWBIE sticky.
