I moved home. Who is meant to pay me the £67 October Energy Bills Support Scheme discount?
I moved home in early October. My previous supplier, British Gas, has issued me a final bill for October that doesn't include the £67 rebate. My new supplier, Shell Energy, isn't going to bill me until November. Which company is supposed to be crediting me the £67 from the October Energy Bills Support Scheme for the month of October? I can't see any information on this on the government website nor the websites of the suppliers.

Whichever supplier you had on the 1st of the month is responsible for delivering the £66/67 to you...
