ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 17 October 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 12.00pm on Friday 28 October 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first six (6) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win the prize.

· The prize is time sensitive and the winners will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

The prize for each of the six (6) winners consists of two (2) tickets to attend the Emmerdale Studio and Village Tour in Leeds, LS16 8AU (“Tour”). The Tour also includes lunch at the Emmerdale canteen. The Tour will take place during the week (Monday to Friday only) and the winners will be given two (2) date options throughout January 2023 to choose from (“Chosen Date”). Such dates and times will be communicated by the Promoter to the winners.

The winners and their companion will have to arrive at the Emmerdale Studio on the Chosen Date and time to attend the Tour.

The winners and their companion must provide valid ID upon arrival at the Tour. Please note that the winners’ companion must be 12 (twelve) years old or over. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Please note that no alcohol will be served to companions under 18 years old.

It is the responsibility of each winner to:

o ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the Chosen Date.

o attend the Tour on time.

o inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements prior to taking the prize, during the winner confirmation call.

o inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize.

Code of Conduct:

The winners and their companion must comply with the following code of conduct whilst at the Tour. By entering this competition, the winners and their companions agree to comply with the following terms:

o to behave in a reasonable and sensible fashion at all times whilst at the studio;

o to not explore any location during the event without being escorted by one of ITV’s representatives;

o to not remove any objects from the set or vandalise or damage any location visited during the Tour;

o to not use any photographs taken during the Tour for any purposes other than private non-commercial purposes;

o no smoking is permitted anywhere on the Tour;

o access to certain parts of the Tour will be subject to availability; and

o the winners and their companions expressly understand and acknowledge that ITV shall have the right to refuse you entry or expel them from the studio if ITV considers, in its sole discretion, that they have breached the code of conduct.

The prize also includes £200 (two hundred pounds) per winner (“travel allowance”). The travel allowance will be paid via one of the following methods, at the winner’s choice:

1. BACS payment in the name of the winner only; or

2. Winner’s ITV Win online account on itv.com/win (“Account”). To claim their travel allowance, the winner must go to the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the Website and click ‘Cash Prize’. The winner can then redeem the travel allowance in one of the following ways:

a) Transfer to the winner’s Paypal account: ITV will pay the Cash Prize into your Paypal account. The winner must choose the PayPal option and follow the simple steps. The winner can use a pre-existing PayPal account or create a new one. The ‘Cash Prize’ balance in the winner’s Account will be set to zero and the money will appear in the winner’s PayPal account within forty-eight (48) hours. b) Convert into Entry Credits: the winner will be able to convert the travel allowance to Entry Credit, which can be used to enter any of ITV’s paid online competitions. The winner may choose from three (3) conversion options: (i) convert £2 for one (1) Entry Credit; (ii) convert £5 for three (3) Entry Credits; or (iii) convert £10 for seven (7) Entry Credits. The winner will not be able to convert the travel allowance to Entry Credits if they already have ten (10) or more Entry Credits in their Account. Please note that the winner’s Entry Credits will be the default method for payment when entering into any online paid competition on the Website. The winner can split the travel allowance between cash and Entry Credit(s). To do this, the winner must first convert the travel allowance into Entry Credit(s), using one of the three (3) conversion methods described above, up to a maximum value of ten pounds (£10). Any remaining cash sum will then need to be withdrawn using a Paypal account or via Post Office option below.

One Entry Credit is the equivalent of one paid entry, regardless of the cost of entry to the relevant competition. Please note each Entry Credit will count towards the capping limit for any competition the winner may wish to enter.

c) Claim at local Post Office: the winner can pick up the travel allowance from your local Post Office. To do this, the winner must choose the ‘Claim at Local Post Office’ option and follow the simple steps. The winner will receive a text message with a unique reference code (“Barcode”) within two working days from claiming. The winner must go to any UK Post Office and present the Barcode to receive the travel allowance. The Barcode will expire thirty (30) days after receiving it (“Expiry Date”). If the winner does not redeem their Barcode before the Expiry Date, the travel allowance will be forfeited and the winner will not be able to redeem their travel allowance. The ‘Cash Prize’ balance in the winner’s Account will be set to zero as soon as this option is selected.
