Discounted Spa Break ? Is It Possible ?

Hi All,
I am looking for advice and inspiration. My mum wants to go to a spa for a couple of days, and I would really like to pay for it for Christmas for her, but I am struggling to find something within my budget.
My parents have been really good to me lately, and I am in the middle of buying a house, which they are giving me lots of help with, so it will be a way of thanking her aswell.
I am wanting to go for 1 or 2 nights, I will drive so transport is not a problem. I just want somewhere really nice, where we can both have lovely treatments without breaking the bank. It would be to go in Jan/Feb.
Can anyone recommend any companies/websites/places where I can find a good deal ?
Thanks,
Gill x

We went to Woolacombe Bay in Woolacombe (North Devon)
It is a family friendly hotel, although during the winter months, it has very few children, and there is a spa attached to the hotel.
What makes this place amazing is the meals you get in the evening, the chef they have there is amazing, so do book up on the dinner bed and breakfast rate. I also highly recommend booking the superior room as the standard rooms are very tired. The spa that is attached, is basically a pool, with beauty treatments, it was lovely to have eye brows plucked, massages, facials and a pedicure. Also at this time of year you can literally take the pick of times for treatments.
So maybe not necessarily a wizz bang spa, but a great hotel, on the beach (3 mile sandy one great for a good stroll) has a pool and amazing meals in the evening.
When I went before Christmas is cost me £59 DBB per person per night. Spa treatments extra.
