ok, i've decided to keep it simple and go with the poor signage argument and leave out the circumstances, please can someone review this for me, i have to email this before 4pm.

    2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question.

    3.  Poor Signage. Due to the lack of adequate, sufficiently prominent, clearly visible, reasonable signage in the area. The claimant failed to bring to the attention of the driver the terms and conditions of contract to enable the driver chance to read the terms and conditions before deciding to enter into the ‘parking contract’.

The Defendant has photographic evidence with a timestamp of July 2019 clearly showing the lack of adequate, sufficiently prominent, clearly visible, reasonable signage in the area.

I'd remove the word 'reasonable' and the comma before it  (twice).

Oh and remove this rogue full stop: "area. The".

Apart from that, it's fine and you can elaborate on the circumstances in your WS later.

    Update

I received the N180 form and returned today using the guidance already on the forum
The deadline said 5th December and signed/scanned and emailed the form to
    CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk and cc'd bwlegal
    at 4.09pm today.

But i then realised anything after 4pm counts as next day!!

Will it cause a problem if its 9 min late?

MCOL serves no purpose after a Claim has been transferred to a hearing court.

You need to ensure that the hearing court, BW Legal and G24 all know your correct address for service.

How is your Witness Statement and evidence gathering progressing?

But firstly - this week - email the local court and the parking firm AND their solicitors to change your address for service of papers.

    Really urgent!
