If a company is controlling (scamming) at a car park and has planning permission for signs and anpr camera then that company changes name do they have to reapply for permission or does the original consent just carry over.

They're local authority issues. Please contact the Planning Department of the LA local to the site. Don't expect a categoric answer!foden11 said:If a company is controlling (scamming) at a car park and has planning permission for signs and anpr camera then that company changes name do they have to reapply for permission or does the original consent just carry over. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just like you may need planning permission to build a super large double storey conservatory on the back of your house, if you then sell your house the new owner does not need to apply again for that permission.1 -

As far as i know the original consent would just carry over.Any permissions granted would be for the signs, as in shape and location and not the contents of the signage.Likewise with a scamera on a stick the "equipment" will ( or to be more precise) should have permission if the pole and camera are replaced for roughly like for like, and no additional poles are erected above what was previous.y there then the permission stays as is.Are you trying to defeat a parking company on the basis that they are ( relatively) new to a site and you think they may not have permission for updated signage? If so you are seriously barking up the wrong tree, if not and its just out of curiosity then say so, to avoid time wasting. From the Plain Language Commission:
