Hi
i got 2 bedroom property which is available to let in the market. I have got request from corporate company where they will let property from me and will pay guaranteed rent. They will then let the property to their clients or customers on short term.

Anyone got any experience with this. Anything I should be aware of. I have always let based on AST. They want me to sign their corporate let agreement. Thanks

Please don't do this.
They will have complete control over your property for 3+ years but YOU will still be responsible for ensuring it complies with the LAW.

Do you have a mortgage on the property? If so you would need to check whether the lender will accept such an agreement too as usually you are restricted to letting under an AST.1
