Eon next prepayment meter advise

Hi guys,
I have a prepayment meter with eon next,
I'm wondering do they still do off peak rates?
From what I can tell B C and D is missing from my meter,
When you press the button the options come up,
I'm sure one of those use to be the time and one was an off peak rate,
Any advise
