Material for fruit cage

Hi
I am trying to source 4 numbers of 2-2.5 metre metal pole/tube/rod to make a fruit cage structure.
Plan is to erect four of them and put a pvc pipe in a curved manner on top of two of them to get an arch shape.
Where can I source these for cheap or if possible for free?
Many Thanks

Washing line poles, the bit to prop up your line, not the solid end ones, are a couple of quid.

Trailer tent poles would be better, but cost more second hand.

Your local garden centre may have replacement poles for the plastic greenhouses, they're also available on-line.

I picked up metal half hoops from my local garden centre, they come in different sizes.

For netting I've got fleece, some fleece type material that furniture was packed with and I also got some very small insect netting off eBay; charity shops etc will have house window netting.

The taller you go, the more poles you'll need to keep it sturdy.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

It’s worth looking (or asking) on freecycle. People often give away damaged gazebos, and you could probably salvage many of the poles (or repair it and use it, with debris netting as a cover).
