Transferring ticketmaster tickets bought for someone else - please help a ticket newbie!

Hi
Looking at the tickets in my account, the resale option is available, so I guess that answers that one.
It also says "Transfer Unavailable - Unfortunately, transfer is not available at the moment." I'm not sure if that means it will never be available, or it just isn't yet because th tickets have not been issued through the app yet.
Really unsure what to do (or whether I've made a mistake doing this), so any help from anyone more familiar with such things would be fantastic.
It has been many years since I bought tickets so I am unfamiliar with the modern ways!
I've bought two Iron Maiden tickets and the only delivery option was for "Mobile ID via The O2 Venue App". The tickets are for my brother and his son. We all have the same surname. I bought them because he was at work and unable to order. I'm confused as to whether they can use the tickets without me present. I won't be able to be there.
Please can anyone help explain what my options are:
- Can I transfer?
- Can he access the tickets if he has the "Mobile ID via The O2 Venue App" on his phone, with my log in credentials?
- Any other options?
- If not, can I sell them using "Resale Tickets", and he buy them?

If he lives near you can he simply borrow your phone for the evening? If he instally the App on his phone he can probably put all your info in and view on his phone. Try that as a first step.

Many thanks for the response.
Option 1 = unfortunately not. He lives about 300 miles away!
Option 2 = makes total sense but is a tough one. The gig is not until next July. Apparently, the ticket might not become available in the O2 app until days before the event. So that will be cutting it very fine! IE - if it doesn't work for whatever reason (and/or there's anything else unforeseen, like the card payer has to be present and show ID) then it cold be too late to come up with another plan.
Appreciate I might be over worrying. But don't want to leave it all until the last minute only to find we have problems, lose £150+, and have two very disappointed people.
