Scottish power rebate-less than the £66 expected
My Scottish power direct debit is £38 monthly, it hasn’t changed. I’ve just received an sms confirming my energy support scheme discount has just been sent to my bank and they’ve referenced the same amount of £38.
Undoubtedly my usage will exceed the direct debit. I expected a £66 rebate for 6 months. Would the difference be credited to my account online? Or do I need to up my direct debit for £66?

The rest will be credit on your account, you won’t miss out.0

The balance will be credited to your account, or they can use it to reduce any debt, but one way or another you will benefit from the full £66...
