Hello there.
Similar to this case here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4847487/parking-eye-charge-notice-received
This morning I received a 100 pounds ( with a 60 pounds discounted offer ) PCN for staying 24 mins longer than the 3-hour-Max staying time, which I was unaware of since I had to pay attention to a child running around in a car park (how dangerous can it be!?).
Immediately I came to this site and tried to go through PLAN A in the newbie's thread, which of course, is calling the retailers.
The problem is, the phone number on their shop website directs me to an auto-answer sequence that asks me to input the DoB and only gives me cs options for the purchase. There were no contact details other than a help centre web form that I guess goes to their central customer support rather than the store
In that case, would it be better if I go to their store and speak to a member of staff about it directly?
Or is it still worth filling out and sending the complaint through their web form?

Apologies for the question being slightly off but I would be interested to hear about how people are getting in touch with the actual shops for this kind of case, as it is becoming increasingly difficult to contact them directly.
kind regards.

Is there only one shop?
The advice in a retail park is either to speak to the Store Managers in person or to contact the managing agent whose company name is almost always named at the bottom of any welcome (Store names list) entrance sign. Or on the retail park's website.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
