Have just got home and sorted my mum and kids for the night. Checked the MCOL website again and a jusgement has been issued against me now, as of this evening. I guess I can't do anything about it now.

But you told us at 6:30pm there was no judgment.
Are you saying that a Judgment has been made sometime between 6:30pm and 11:30pm this evening?

I was feeling hopeful I'd be able to get something in early tomorrow. Pretty annoying eh.

What the HELL are the CCBC doing? We have NEVER heard of this!  People are normally safe overnight.

Working overtime and bunging in judgments the minute an aggressive roboclaim firm says they want one, rather than doing a proper job of their admin?

Normally paperwork sits at the CCBC in a pile for a week if two at least.

Almost sounds like someone has read this thread today and has a mole working for the CCBC...

I think I have read that if you get your Defence filed overnight, that will take precedence.
@Johnersh would know.

I would suggest you still get your Defence filed by 8am.

Yes. It is too late now the CCBC has inexplicably done this at 7pm.  The PPC won the race.

You could then file a £300 claim against the retail park managing agents for actual loss arising from disability discrimination by their agents.

I would...costs you just £35 in court fees, which you also claim back.

I reckon they wouldn't defend in time and you'd be able to apply for default judgment. Sweet revenge.

How do you file a claim? Through MCOL again?
