If I have read it correctly even if a person scores 15 points in the about indicator that doesn't get them into the Support Group of ESA.

That’s correct. Although similar the descriptors for the Support Group and the WRAG are different, Getting 15 points on a WRAG descriptor doesn’t get you into the Support Group. To get into the Support Group you have to satisfy any one of the Support Group descriptors robe at substantial if not put in the Support Group.HillStreetBlues said:If I have read it correctly even if a person scores 15 points in the about indicator that doesn't get them into the Support Group of ESA.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Thanks.
I asked because an appeal to the tribunal was allowed (from WRAG to Support Group).
On it the decision notice it states
1) 15 points
10) 15 points.
How I see it is 10) has no need to be there (not sure even it should be there)
So if a person no longer fit's the 10) description but does still fit the description of 1) there is no need to inform the DWP of the change as it won't affect that claim?

Even if you didn't fit that descriptor in the future and another one applied to you, there's no need to report this because LCWRA/Support Group is the highest award.HillStreetBlues said:
