regarding spray foam insulation, even if you find someone to apply it , that will do it properly so as not to damage any of the existing structure, (spoiler alert, you won't) even if you get that done and it's ok what do you do when you need to rewire or replumb? spray foam insulation is popular in America where they don't really modify homes, they build them and live in them for 40 years and then flatten them and start again
if you fill up all the voids and cavity's with foam insulation then rewiring or replumbing or even any other similar work becomes impossible0 -

Spray foam is then applied between the studs before slapping on plasterboard. For the ceilings, the foam gets sprayed between the ceiling joists, not the rafters. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
Houses do get remodelled in the USA. Being a large country with a varied climate, construction method are varied as well. I worked there for a few years in my early 20's, and was surprised how hard people worked compared to the trade over here.0
