Hi - just wondering how quickly people were paid the bonus for the NatWest switch? It says it will be paid by 12 Jan, but is it usually paid straight away like all the other incentives?

They usually pay out on or close to the very last day. Same for RBS and Ulster. Patience is a virtue.

Only when they pay you the reward. Maybe keep a copy of the T&Cs just in case.

I'm in the process of switching to Natwest and it's been painfully slow, seems to be a common theme with them.

With regards to switching from another account, they've informed me the account is now open but haven't mentioned anything about the switch. Does it take them a few more days or so to confirm the switch will take place on a certain date etc?
