Hey,
I have received a parking fine at the chamberlain car park in jewellery quarter Birmingham. And the reason was ‘parking for patrons whilst on the premises only’. So effectively because I went to the bank which is on the other side of the road and that parking is for the shops within the chamberlain building. They have attached photos of my car, me walking out of my car, me walking across the road, me at the entrance of the bank and finally me entering the bank. All which is outside the chamberlain building. Is there anyway I am able to appeal this?

Also I was in the car park for a total of 7 minutes. As you can see below the 45 mins stay it states ‘parking for customers or chamberlain building retail units inly’0

Was the bank in the "Chamberlain Building Retail Units"?1

No it was outside the chamberlain building retail units0

Just do one appeal to look reasonable, FROM YOU AS REGISTERED KEEPER, saying their signage is not sufficiently prominent and the small print impossible for a driver to read - but NOT saying who was driving (their photos don't give them facial recognition!).You will already know from the Newbies thread why not to imply who parked, and how to word an appeal from the keeper only.
You will also know from the NEWBIES thread third post, why not to try IAS. Your case is no different.

The one in blue text.KeithP said:The opening post on the NEWBIES thread contains the template appeal you need. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
