I stopped in a no parking area a shell lorry at a shell petrol station blocked me for ages I got out the car to go in to shell for 3 mins to ask how long the shell lorry was going to be and then went and parked at the cafe next door but the fine was a picture of me stepping out car for 3 mins to ask. There was no signs near by that said anything. Vehicle owner was sent a fine. What grounds can I appeal on? I can request cctv from shell?
Furthermore what Kind of company in this day and age only accepts letter appeals via post and not emails or online form?
The picture taken is driver stepping out of car

Make the complaint to the landowner and your MP first.
Appeal if the landowner/Shell do not want your repeat business.
Use the template in blue text from the NEWBIES and add a one liner that the vehicle was not parked but was blocked in by a Shell tanker thus causing a frustration of contract.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
