Next step after SAR- Gladstones

Hello all to whoever can spare their time to help.

I had a letter before claim from Gladstone solicitors on behalf of ukcpm. I got 4 PCNs sent to home without windscreen ticket in 2021, and they are still chasing me, using Gladstone solicitors. They are saying I owe them £700.

I got letter before claim few months back and I made a SAR sent to Ukcpm and to gladstones that I sent an email to their client.

Now 5 months later, Gladstone sent me an email saying the 30 days are already up, I should pay up or "it will result in proceedings being issued without further recourse to you and additional costs sought."

I would like to know the next step please, if you can help.

Also one of the SAR sent by ukcpm had "redacted" to 2 of the pcn's. Why is it redacted? Also the picture of the car looks blurry

If the data from your SAR is incorrect or deficient, you complain to the ICO.  You need to read the NEWBIE sticky, one of the announcements on the front page of the forum and read the second post, which will tell you the process from receipt of letter of/before claim to court appearance.

I read them, quite confusing, and I did my best.Mostly about Parking Eye issue. I read them and that was why I did the SAR. 
it has been more than 2 months since I sent the SAR, now I just got a reply from Gladstone saying 30 days over and I should pay.

So according to the 2nd post by couponmad. I should wait for a CCJ?

If you have not had a reply to your SAR, you should contact the DPO of UKCPM dpo@uk-cpm.com and inform them that if you do not receive YOUR data within a further 3 days you will report them to the ICO and then please DO report them.

What does this mean?  UKPCM will not be sending a SAR, that is what you send/sent to them.  You do not wait for a CCJ, you might wait for a N1 claim form from CCBC but you will only get a CCJ if you fail to deal with the N1 claim form or fail to file a defence or (later in the process a witness statement) or go to court and lose and do not pay what the judge orders within the time scale set by the judge.

At no point do we say 'wait for s CCJ'.

A court claim is not a CCJ but yes, wait for the claim and think of court as the ultimate fair 'appeal/dispute' stage that you were denied so far.
