I f have work profile Name@comany.co.uk google sheet and i would like to know if it is possible to copy this sheet to my personal google account cutting out the work profile?
I have figured out how to save a copy as personal g mail but i can only access it via the work profile.

Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.

File>Save as Microsoft Excel / Open Document format etc and then log into your personal account File>Open1

No option to save but i have now downloaded 1 as Excel and 1 as open document both to my desktop. is there a way i can now transfer to my personal google sheets?
The smaller box is the options i got to download.

From your work Google account create a folder, share it with your personal Google account and make your personal account an Editor. Then anything you put in that folder becomes accessible to your personal account and can be moved into a non shared folder.1
