How to trace baby bonds

Hi,
I was wondering if you can help.
When I was little my Nan took out baby bonds for me. Some years back she passed away and we have moved house and also I have changed name.
How do I trace this account as there it's a considerably historic account. by considerably historic we are talking over 15 years.
Is there any way I can trace this account and will it be a faff or expensive. I have name change documentation and can provide my nans name as it might have been held in her name in trust until I became of age.
