Shawbrook withdrawal - quick question

I am aware of the Ts and Cs stated timescales (by midnight next working day....) but in practice how long does a typical withdrawal to nominated account take? Since maturity my funds have been sitting in easy access so this is first withdrawal .....
Requested at about 10:00 yesterday - I know some smaller savings institutions have set times of day for blocks of withdrawals to be processed .....
Thanks as usual ......

Managed to get through to Shawbrook quickly today (queued yesterday for about 45 mins and gave up....apparently they had system probs....)Apparently all of their payments are literally 'done by hand' so are processed on a first-come first-served basis ....No batch runs like some of the other banks.....Thanks for taking trouble to reply @Bigwheels1111 ....EDIT : COINCIDENCE !! immediately after posting I logged in to online banking to double check and it has just hit my account !! I made my payment yesterday about an hour before you @Bigwheels1111 so you should get yours soon ....A bit more feedback from their staff .... I made the withdrawal from within my account, so strictly it needed to be done before 09:30 to guarantee next day as their staff have to manually pick them out and action them .... the 14:30 limit is for phone and secure message withdrawals - I was lucky, mine was picked up at about 13:00 ....0
