British Gas - rebate overdue?

My DD shows on my British Gas account for this month as being credited on the 5th October, but I still haven't received the rebate - other people I know with British Gas whose DDs came out later have received theirs. Anyone else in this position?

Does it show on your online account? Considering your DD date is early in the month you may not receive it until later this month or early next month, but it should still show as a credit.

My BG rebate showed as credited to my energy account on the 5th Oct too and appeared in my bank account this morning :-)

No, doesn't show on my online at all, just the money going out!
For some reason I have two accounts, one for my electricity and one for my gas, even though they seem to be linked and when my tariff has changed in the past both change at the same time, not sure why this is, perhaps that could be the problem?

I knew this wasn't going to be simple...

My debit payment went out on the 3rd and I still haven't received my rebate

Is now showing on my BG app account, although not in the bank yet - at least it looks like it on its way

I rang them earlier about the fiasco that is my billing. The nice girl fixed. Some issue about my smart meter not supplying readings for about a month up to last week. While on the line I mentioned about the rebate and she said it was issued on the 11th so is on the way to bank apparently.
