  • Suppliers are not good at empty properties, because their systems are designed to estimate using a standard curve.  That includes estimating the things after the decimal point (the red numbers that you keep going on about).  It's perfectly allowable for them to do this.

    We can't tell anything from these random intermittent snapshot bills.  There's nothing wrong with either of the ones you've posted.  Pick a fuel and follow it through for several consecutive statements.  Check that the closing read of one is the same as the opening read of the next.

    Also, giving daily reads is entirely unnecessary.  Don't bother with that.  Give one reading a month.
