Advice please letter dated 7th of October 2022 Notice of CCJ from BW legal on behalf of BP

I have taken my eye of the ball and completely missed the letter with court hearing date which was the 6th of October 22.
I have not filed any defence evidence.
I initially set out and followed the guidelines from the forum on filing relevant info on MCOL and my case was transferred to my local court on 1/7/2022.
I have attached a copy of the recent letter from BW legal dated Friday 7th of October, received Tuesday the 11th of October
Court hearing the 6th of October. T
The letter states I am ordered by the court to pay by the 20th of October.
I thought it was within 30 days to pay and it doesn't register as a CCJ?
What is your advice please for next steps, seeing as I have been pretty rubbish at "the fighting back" stance so far.
Shall I just settle within that time frame so my credit score is not affected by the CCJ.
I haven't received any official notification on the CCJ from the courts as of yet, so they are not giving me much time to pay as it is now the 12th of October.
I can't see anything on my MCOL account, would anything show on there reference the CCJ?
Or do I literally have to pay the fee to find the CCJ if I do not get any correspondence from the court? No reason why I shouldn't, I haven't moved.
Thanks in advance

Read the sentence starting 'Please note' and it starts to tell you that you do have 'a calendar month' but fails to state the end date!
Sorry but you will have to pay in full (not in instalments) if you received but ignored your hearing letter.
But did you? Could it be the claim had a wrong address on it and you never corrected it with the local court? If you only defended in July and never received any letters from the local court it sounds like they may have been writing to the wrong address and there was no hearing, but your defence was struck out due to you not responding to a letter you never had.
Ring the local court and find out where they've been sending their letters and whether there was an actual hearing on 6th, or whether judgment was entered against you for failing to comply with an Order you never got.
Double check the date of CCJ and why you haven't received an Judgment or Order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for advice as always.
So the sentence you refer to can see now you pointed out no end date, sorry what are the implications of that?
I cant get through to local court phone ringing out constantly after awhile cuts off, so have sent an email to them asking for copy of the CCJ and to check the address, apparently they are aiming to respond within 10 days.
I have gone through all my post and I have not found a letter from the court reference hearing date. We have had problems with our local postie as I received some post for next door neighbour last week and another neighbour received some of mine. Not all neighbours ethical though so wondering now if any of my post gone missing.
However I do have a letter from BW legal that I opened yesterday dated the 9th of September stating now there is a hearing date of the 6th of October they are offering 25% discount to settle before. I didnt open this letter previously as had bW legal on it and they have sent a number of pressuring letters getting me to pay and got fed up with them, was just waiting on the court date.
So I don't think I'm going to have a leg to stand on.
I will have to pay it in full, (own fault!) but I obviously don't want to do this until I can confirm the CCJ.
I called BW legal today to ask if the CCJ was issued in a hearing at my local court. She told me it was northhampton, I pointed out on my MCOL website it stated it had been referred to my local court at my request.
She said yes I meant your local court.
I asked if they have a copy of the CCJ they can send me and she said no they can only send a copy of the letter dated the 7th of October which I have already received and I would need to contact my local court to get a copy of the CCJ as they issue.
I asked if an actual hearing took place on the 6th of October, she said yes, I asked if one of their legal representatives attended that hearing and she checked and then came back and said yes.

So you still need to find out from your court where they sent your copy of the hearing letter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
