Holes in wall tiles

Hi, what's the best way to fill holes in wall tiles? Not looking to re-tile. The previous owners had removed fixtures that have now exposed these holes in various areas with rawlplugs still left in. The tiles are shiny white and I'm planning on painting them black using tile paint. Is that durable given it is in a wetroom and in the area where the shower is? I only want to paint the walls where these holes are. The new fixtures are also black so there will be a black colour theme.

push in or remove the rawlplugs then use a normal wall filler.. I've found tile paint durable when done properly but can look a bit cheap n cheerful unless you redo the grout lines (in grout)1

I did what Flash said.
Diabled grab rails in shower tiles in this case and it had to be a quick fix.
The filler was a ready mixed which is easier and tougher than the powder.
3yrs on its still there because it's barely visible unless you have tim to scrutinise them in a good light.
Or stand some thing in front if it does annoy.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

Try having a hunt around in the garage/shed/loft/wherever. You may be really lucky and find that the previous owner has stashed a few tiles that were left over from the project (that's happened to me a few times over the years). If you strike lucky, then it's easy to remove an odd tile and replace it with a new one.
