My daughter has gone to uni which isn't that far away from home. She wants to move back and commute instead. Question is I claim benefits and if she still gets maintenance loan will that affect my benefits.

I think it depends what benefits you are on. You may be better posting this on the benefits board, and clarify which benefits you receive.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
