Lidl parkingeye appeal question

Hi,
I've read the newbies post but still have a question.
I've done plan A and Lidl said I need to appeal.
So I'm starting plan B - (Blue template followed by the addition saying I have bank statement ).
It is for a friend that forgot to scan his receipt in the parking machine at Lidl. He has his bank statement showing the payment (over £60) but I'm not sure what needs to be redacted.
If I keep his name is that not admitting he was the driver? And if I redact his name surely that's not enough proof?
Any advice (including if I'm doing the steps correctly) would be greatly appreciated.

Unless a vehicle has only one seat, the keeper and shopper can truthfully say they were an occupant of the vehicle and can appeal accordingly.
The driver entered the car park. The keeper, an occupant of the vehicle, spent money in the shop.
Complain to the store manager and company CEO and keeper's MP.
Point out to the store manager and/or CEO that other supermarkets are available and will be used if this charge is not cancelled. Include proof of being a regular shopper and point out how much money per month will be lost when the previously loyal customer decides to shop elsewhere.I married my cousin. ParkingEye will cancel it.
We think they don't allow Lidl to cancel PCNs but if you appeal with a receipt, PE will cancel. They just won't tell you that on the signs or in the PCN - but we do!
They bank on most people being scared and just paying, customer or not, so they choose to withhold the fact that showing a large-ish receipt like that will cancel it.
No thought is shown in the PCN to alert Lidl's customers that they can get it cancelled like this. IMHO it's woeful profiteering like a parasite feeding off Lidl.

I don't see why not - a customer is someone who buys something at whatever cost/price/value. I have read that some retailers will only cancel above a certain value but that will be those that do not respect their customers and don't mind losing them!2
