My husband bought a music DVD from Amazon a couple of years ago. When he went to play it, its surface had disintegrated. He contacted the manufacturer/distributor who said that there had been a manufacturing fault and to contact the supplier. My husband contacted Amazon straight away. Not only did they arrange for a replacement for my husband, once they'd confirmed the problem with the manufacturer, they contacted everyone else who had bought from them in the same period. Marvellous!!!!
