Hi All,
I'm currently have a Claim form, which i have filed for acknowledgment, and am trying to right my defence, but I'm absolutely struggling on what to right, and there is a lot of information to process.
I have until 17/10 to send my defence in.
The vehicle I previously owned, was parked in a disabled bay, but I cannot say who the driver was as the PCN is from 2017.
I've read about the defence, but how do i defend it? I'm starting to worry a little now, as I've been busy with dealing with things at work. (Currently Suspended & On sick due to broken hand)
Could someone advise please? Rather than just saying go to Newbies Thread, as I've read it countless times, and I dont understand the majority of it.
Thanks
Mr B

ok. Start off by telling us who the PPC is, what they accuse you of and where. If you also confirm what the issue date of your claim is, regular Keithp will be able to tell you if you are right on due datesThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1

The PPC is Uk Parking Control. Kieth has helped on a previous post regarding the dates, but I'm just a bit overwhelmed with the whole situation.
Accuse me of Parking in a disabled bay, at Middlebrook retail park.
The issue date is 12/09.

If this is the same event, then it should be on the same threadThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

You need to keep everything about the one parking charge on one thread otherwise we'll be all going from pillar to post. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
