Complete scam.

If you could buy it for £0.10p p+p inc. it would still be a waste of money.

There are some old threads on MSE on similar devices (same theoretical principle/differing trade names) that expose the ludicrous technical claims. If it were true every electrical appliance on the market would have one built in to upgrade its energy efficiency rating to the top  A+++++ category.

It's only got 10 pence worth of components in it!

Looking at the diagrams on the website I'm assuming it contains nothing apart from a capacitor, so it wouldn't do anything in a residential property and wouldn't be big enough for a commercial property (commercial properties are known for having big capacitor banks to save on power used as they are billed differently to residential properties)
