Just tried my first one with Nat West and wondered if what I had experienced was correct.
I applied and then was directed to the ID partner. I completed that process but when I closed down that tab there were no instructions of what to do next. I am unsure if my account is in the application process or not. I didnt have to answer any personal financial questions. Does this sound right or has my application somehow not been completed. I have also had no other email than the ID one.

Answering my own question for the benefit of others.
The application does end at the ID verification stage and no financial questions are asked. I have received notification that my account is in the process of switching.0 -
I've done every Switch available and Natwest/RBS wouldn't let me open an account. They seem to have figured out from my credit report that I wouldn't keep it.0

I don't think it's that, I've got natwest and rbs accounts & I've had done plenty of switches. Including previously switching into and out of a natwest account within a couple of months.Zaul22 said:I've done every Switch available and Natwest/RBS wouldn't let me open an account. I don't believe they care about the number of current accounts or credit cards either.0
