Would you buy a tenanted property for less or pay more for a vacant house?

    If so easy the seller would have gotten them out to get more money.

    It is a gamble, can take months to successfully evict the tenant. 
  • Offer to buy the house you currently live in. Landlord might say yes … problem solved!
